  • Reviewed

Every article is fact-checked and reviewed by an editor before publication.

  • Independent

No one pays to appear in our articles.

How we write

Articles are drafted with AI assistance from a written brief, then fact-checked and reviewed by an editor before publication. Every article is published under the HFH Editorial Team byline.

  1. Brief A written brief sets the question, the reader and the sources to use.
  2. Draft The article is drafted with AI assistance from that brief.
  3. Fact-check Figures, rules and claims are checked against the cited sources.
  4. Review An editor reviews the full article before it can be published.
  5. Publish and maintain It goes live with its sources and a “Last updated” date we keep current.

How we source

Statistics and news are attributed to primary or reputable sources, linked and dated at the end of each article.

Independence from advertising

Advertisers and affiliate partners have no say in what we cover or what we write, and no one can pay to appear in an article. Display ads are placed automatically by an ad network, not chosen by our editors. Our advertising disclosure explains how the site is paid for.

Updates

Articles show a “Last updated” date; when facts change we revise the article and update that date.
